Welcome to HEART BEADS, my first online store for handmade jewellery.

I have been making earrings, neckalces, bracelets and other shiny things for the past several years but it is only now that I am finally putting my creations out into the world for people to see and purchase. And even if you don't want to buy anything I'm always grateful for feedback.

Friending, pimping, and visiting this journal on a regular basis are allowed and would really be appreciated. ;0)

Until I figure out a more efficient way to do this here is how purchasing items on this page will work:

If you find an item you like and want to purchse please leave a comment to the respective entry with

(a) the item you want
(b) your name
(c) your contact information (email)

so that I can get back to you and give you payment instructions. Comments will be screened to ensure that only I will be able to see your contact information. You can also email me directly at heart.beads@gmx.net.

Below you will find information on custom orders, prices, payment options, handling and shipping, as well as my return policy.


1. Custom Orders:

I will accept custom orders, so if you want something you can't find here please email me at heart.beads@gmx.net and give me your name, a description of what you want and a deadline for the piece to be completed. Be as specific as possible to ensure that you will get what you want. Also, please allow at least three weeks to a month for custom orders to be completed as I may not always have the materials needed for the project ready.


2. Prices:

All prices on this page are in Euros! If you're outside of the EU and don't always have a currency calculater ready you can go to this website and calculate the prices in your respective currency.


3. Payment Options:

From customers in Germany I will accept payments via Paypal and bank transfer (Überweisung). Cash payments are also possible.

From international customers I can only accept payments via paypal at this time. As soon as I figure out other ways for payment I will let you know.


4. Handling and Shipping:

For domestic orders (inside of Germany) shipping and handling will be €3.

For international orders shipping and handling will be €5.

* Prices may change for reasons out of my control, so please check back here occasionally.


5. Return Policy:

In case you change your mind about the purchase of an item that's okay but please give me proper warning, so that I won't ship stuff for no good reason.

Apart from that I will only accept the return of items that were broken when you received them. Please send them back within 2 weeks after you got them and let me know whether you want a replacement or your money back.
